HARRIS TWEED herringbone tie - flint/lichen
This 3-fold untipped tie is made from a lovely flint/lichen herringbone HARRIS TWEED. It was handwoven on a Mark II Hattersley Loom by independent weaver Joanne McDonnell of McDonnell Textiles on the Isle of Harris in Scotland.
For many people HARRIS TWEED is the holy grail of tweed, and its coarse fibres give this tie a very distinct texture, which will definitely up your tweed game this winter. This heavy fabric has so much volume that it gives the tie and knot a rather rustic appearance. Perfect for a more informal look, combined with a tweed or flannel jacket, or one of our shawl collar cardigans.
